This packing is particularly developed to meet with a variety of sealing problems. It is an ideal sealing material to explain the problems of corrosion having exceptional thermal conductivity. It has high-quality impermeability for gases and liquids. Best well-matched for valves handling high pressure wonderful heated steam application, pumps, compressors most organic and inorganic acids except for a few strong oxidizing intermediate such as aqua regia, nitric acid, oleum and some halogen in special concentration. It is optional for use against acid, alkali, salt solution, organic solvents, oil, and hydrocarbons. This long-drawn-out graphite packing is one of the most flexible, resilient, soft, lights in weight and it has agility and settles in gland to form an efficient seal. It has high sealing effectiveness at high and low temperature.

2) Carbon Content	98% to 99.9% , Also recommended for Atomic energy, Space application.
3) Temperature	- 250°C to +800°C (Steam)
4) Packing	The packing is Non-corrosive, exceptionally low chloride content, self lubricating , very low co-efficient of friction and Non- abrasive.
5) Pressure	upto 450 Bar
6) PH	0-14

● Sizes 3mm to 5mm is supplied on spools of 10 mtrs.

● Sizes above 5mm is supplied in boxes Kgs

● Also can be complete in exact cut rings.

This packing is also recommended to use as an anti-extrusion ring along with GRAFSEAL especially when the pressure is high. Also can be supplied reinforced with inconel wire, in SPITMANN STYLE 80
