Automatic Aluminium Cap Sealing Machine

“Laxmi” with its new introduction, based its expertise and high quality. Designed as per Gmp standerd with the latest concept of high speed Automatic Aluminum   Cap Sealing M/c Model LACs-150 supporting to our range of Vial Filling line from Semi-Automatic to Automatic Line.

LACS-150 is a compact versatile machine, self supported on stainless steel legs with adjustable screws for height adjustment. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclosed in machine. Built-in front control panel and hand wheel on the side of LACS-150 provides easy operation for speed variation.

Operation:

Duly stoppered vials are continuously fed from turntable of filling machine to the slat conveyer belt of sealing machine and move further through infeed worm for correct spacing and transferred to the infeed star wheel. Aluminum caps kept in vibratory bowl automatically orient caps in right direction before entering the delivery chute.

When vial during its rotation movement with infeed star wheel it picks up position the vial before entering sealing turret.

Vial now moves on the spring loaded sealing platforms where free spinning sealing rollers moves gradually inside to complete the sealing operation during the rotational movement of the sealing platform turret.

Now sealed vials are transferred to exit star wheel pocket and further moves out on to the slat Conveyor belt.

Salient Features:

·          Parts coming in contact with the vial / aluminum cap / exposed to the atmosphere are made out of stainless steel. good housekeeping and good manufacturing practice.

·          Single motor synchronizes conveyor. Star wheels and platform turret and speed can be varied by the hand wheel provided on the side of the machine.

·          A special clutch devices is incorporated on the infeed worm for stoppage of machine in the event, vial is over turned.

·          Infeed / Exit star wheel is equipped with safety clutch for automatic stopped of machine in case of jamming / over loading.

·          Specially designed hopper is provided to increase the capacity of aluminum caps storage to avoid feeding of hopper at intervals.

·          A photo sensing device stops machine automatically in the event when there is no aluminum caps and spinning sealing rollers eliminates any damage to aluminum caps and also allows greater flexibility of variation in the container neck diameter.

·          Unique single sealing roller imports uniform, scratch free, fit tight and reliable skirting and sealing.

·          Sealing pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and sizes of aluminum caps. but with extra change over parts.
