Automatic High Speed ROPP Cap Sealing Machine

Laxmi introduce high speed automatic ROPP cap sealing machine model : LRCS-60,100,150,200 Supporting our range of bottle filling from semi automatic to automatic line.LRCS – 60 is a compact versatile machine ,self supported on stainless steel legs with adjustable screws for height adjustment. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet with access doors for servicing .

Built-in-front control panel and handwheel on the side of gear box motor slide provides easy to vary the speed of machine. The sealing unit and cap orientation unit are mounted on two pillars which in  turn are supported by top plate with individual height adjusting system.

Operations :-

Previously filled bottle with dry syrup, powder or liquid syrup moves towards starwheel and before it reaches from starwheel to the sealing head it picks up a cap from the exit end of the chute and properly orients it for final sealing operations. The sealing head consists of total four rollers out of which two rollers properly skirts, spins and seals the cap and simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading according to the bottle neck thread, on the bottle neck and sealing head moves upward and starwheel starts indexing and sealed bottles moves on the conveyor.

Salient Features :

Parts coming in contact with the bottle of the aluminium cap or exposed to the atmosphere are made out of stainless steel or dully powder coated for long life, good house keeping and good manufacturing practice.

·          Single motor synchronies conveyor, starwheels and sealing head. The speed can be varied by the hand wheel provided at the end of motor slide.

·          Starwheel is equipped with safety clutch for automatic stop-page of machine in case of jamming or over loading through micro switch.

·          Hand wheel given at the end of motorslide is utilized to change the speed of machine.

·          Damage cap quantity can be reduced by adjusting the gap between upper and lower plate of the orientation unit.
