DESCRIPTION:
The Unit is made compact Versatile and enclosed in Stainless Steel elegantly matt finished body.
The Unit consist of S.S slat conveyor, Reciprocating Filling Nozzled with self centering devices, S.S Syringe, twin pusher system and “no container machines stops” system.

OPERATION:
Container received on S.S. conveyor from a feed Turn Table Moves below the Nozzles through a twin pusher system. The self centering device attached with Nozzle corrects the centre of Bottle neck to avoid spillage of Liquid on Container.
In the event of non transfer of sufficient container on conveyor, the machine stops automatically to take care of spillage of liquid. The filled container are further transfer through conveyor for another operation.

o Long Liquid collection tray with outlet below conveyor to Safeguard assemblies.
SYRINGES:
The basic unit can be fitted with a specially designed drip proof syringe of different volume range.

NOZZLES:
Nozzles can be changed according to the size of the container neck, viscosity of liquid and fill size. Nozzles are equipped with self centering device to avoid spillage & wastage of costly contents.
