INTRODUCTION:

 LCS Accuweigh Check Weighing System is a state of Art High Speed, High AccuracyConveyoriesed Weighing System suitable of Sampling 45 samples per minute.

Our Check weighing system is unique since it combines the Modular feeding mechanism, Detection, Rejection mechanism and directly prints the Weight on the carton using the IJT printers.

 FEEDINGSYSTEM:

 The motorized feed conveyor controlled by VFD is mainly to feed the carton (to be check weighed) to check weigher one by one. This is essentially required, to fine-tune our check weigher for higher speeds at the time of installation.

 CHECKWEIGHER:

 This system is the heart of check weigher with highspeed, high accuracy weighing system with conveyor. The system will have aselectable set band weight, based on product which is protected by user password. The system shall also give an output for accept or reject mechanismoperated pneumatically. This allows the rejected cartons to fall in to tray meant for collecting the rejection.

 REJECTIONMECHANISM:

 Based on command from check weigher, the rejection mechanism will push the carton on tothe side rejection path to be collected in rejection tray.

 The system will also be connected to PC located around 20mts away from check weighing system through proper hardware.

 We shall also provide you a customized PC based software for generating reports.
