Fabric Transfer Device

Fabric transfer device is optimized by installing Centers supports, S.S. Pipe from Inlet Desk to the entrance of Hot Air compartment for & above 2400ww m/cs. Consist of overfeeding unit giving maximum overfeed up to 40%. Consist of pinning device for perfect pinning on selvedges with uncurling device. (Optionally edge spreader and gumming device are provided for knitted fabrics). We have the following types of fabric transfer devices such as:-

Ü  Clip Type Inlet Desk with (1) Scroll Roller, (2) Fabric Tension Roller, & (3) 2 - Figure Uncurling Device

Ü  Pin Type Inlet Desk With (1) Scroll Roller, (2) Fabric Tension Roller, (3) 3 - Figure Uncurling Device, & (4) Overfeeding 2 Roller

Open Chamber

The Open Chamber includes Close circuit design, Radial fans, detachable nozzles, oil heated/ gas faired, on line filter cleaning etc.

Oil Heating Media

Oil Heating Media has High efficiency spirally wound hot deep galvanized finned round tube eight pass radiators for higher and faster rate of heat transfer.

High Efficiency Blowers

Specially designed high efficient radial impellers give most effective hot air circulation & unique nozzles gives most effective drying. Impellers are well balanced Inspection, cleaning etc. Are very easy, thanks to big inspection windows on blower sockets.

Nozzle Box

Specially designed Nozzles with embossed holes giving maximum uniform distribution of hot air & are effected on best drying course. Nozzles are detachable - can be removed, cleaned & fitted in very short time - thus help in keeping machine drying efficient constant . Big open able doors with detachable nozzles give max. Access allowed inside the chambers for repairing & cleaning.

Electric Control Panel

Ü  Steel Fabricated electrical control panel consist of necessary switch gears like main switch fuse unit, contractors, relays, MCB. A.C. drives, etc.

Ü  Optionally - Industrial A.C. Is supplied along with panel for long life of drives where room temperature is above normal.

Edge Spreader (Optional)

Ü  The mechanical LS 30 plate type selvedge openers made of stainless steel and resistant to moisture and chemical influence.

Ü  The spreading fins are set diagonally to the direction of the web and uncurl the rolled edges of knitted fabric. The spreading effect can be adjusted to the needs of different types of fabric by adjusting the distance between two plates. Mechanical edge openers do not require any external form of energy.

Selvedge Gumming (Optional)

Ü  This system applies gum to the selvedge and prevent selvedge curling perfectly.

Selvedge Cutting for Knit Fabrics (Optional)

Ü  The edge trimmers are mounted at the delivery end of stenter to trim & remove the pinned edges of the web.

Ü  The knives can be adjusted to suit various material qualities & to get specific edge trim required

Ü  The suction of trimmed edges is done by a side blower with venture nozzle.

Thermal Oil Heating System

Thermo oil circulation heating system

Ü  By PID digital temperature controller with PT100 temperature probe and with motorized control valve / Pneumatic valve open and close movement, to control the suitable temperature in the heating chamber.

Ü  Heat exchanger is adopted of fin type, the heat distribution dimension is big, heat storage is low, Heating and heat dissemination also spreads fast to keep steady temperature. Assure the fabric is under good thermo - fixing, to upgrade the quality.

Ü  The highest temperature can be reach at 225°C. to satisfy the customer demands

Gas Direct Heating System

Ü  It is equipped with auto - cut off, safety devices.

Ü  Temperature rises very fast, shortens the loading time of machine.

Ü  Anti-explosive door designs in heating chamber.
