Services we offer

We provide all services from land selection to Final Government Approval from all Government agencies, local bodies and other at district level, as per prevailing laws and regulations, complete in all respects, including the following:

§  Negotiating and finalization of land with land owners by signingMOU/direct registration (sale deed), as applicable.

§  Co ordinate with concerned authorities/ local bodies to providerequired documents to Advocate for Title Clearance/ Vaarsai Clearance.

§  Preparation of document required for submission of applicationfor 63AA permission (mutation in Company's name) & 65 KHA approvals (change of land use to Non Agricultural)

§  Provide assistance to obtain required permissions for acquiringGovernment and Tribal land, under prevailing laws and regulations.

§  Obtaining certified true copy of 7/12 under 63AA and 65KHAapproval, for Land NA, in the name of the company.

§  Obtaining land map approval from Town Planner.

§  Co-ordinating and providing all required documents/ support toAdvocate, for legal cases.

§  Deputing a security guard, who shall visit land site on daily basisand report any problem, if arises and take a corrective action.

Service Charges

We provide services for entire deal of Land from Grass root to Final Government Approval.  Normally we will work for all the companies as per the following ways:

Ø  We provide the Sale Agreements with Farmers as per land requirement of Company with paid amount of 10%. 

Ø  We check all papers related to land in detail and agter that do Sale deed within a period of One Month.

Ø  Legal Expert to be appointed for that said work.  We can also help the company for that work and help to appoint legal expert for said work. 

Ø  We get Original sale dead and Index copy for all said land and Applied for 63AA Government Permission which is a requirement for Industrial use of land. 

Ø  Also it is required individual process for New Tenyor land and tribal land if it is in our pocket.

Ø  Individual 73AA Permission required for Tribal land. 

Ø  We do detail Land survey of said land. 

Ø  We do N.A. permission with detail consult of Town planning Officer, District Development Authority, Taluka Panchayat and other Government agencies up to Talati.
