We use mild steel plates, angle pipe, gearbox, motor and many more as per the requirement. We have a strong infrastructure withy all the latest machineries required to manufacture a high grade product. Apart from this, we have a team of experienced quality inspectors, administrators, technicians and skilled workers for fabricating a wide gamut of products. We also undergo research and development programmes for imparting our quality. Moreover guidance of our mentor, Mr. R P Patil has enabled us to develop our skills in using latest technologies and raising the name of our products. We design special purpose machines for various plants by using premium quality raw material. We have proved our self as a brand in the all over the country as well as in South Africa. We fabricates Cement Mortar Lining Setup, Cupola Furnace, Ladle Hanger, Plate Bending Machine, Water Treatment Plants, Hydraulic Press, Pharmaceutical Mixer, Paper Board Mill Machine, Cement Mortar Pump, Ladle Furnace and Conveyor System. All these products are fabricated by an experienced team and have various distinguishing features.
Infrastructure
We are swollen with pride to have a well-built infrastructure owing to which we have made a unique position for our self in the market. All manufacturing units are robust and support us in meeting the customers demand. Our manufacturing plant has the installed capacity of 30 units and total plot area of manufacturing plant is 20000 sq ft. Moreover we are fully equipped with the latest machines for higher production and maintaining the grade of our products.

Moreover we have our in- house manufacturing of small thermal rolls, pan cakes, identification tapes and polyester polylaminates.We also have outsourced manufacturing of jumbo rolls of LDPES stretch films and LDPE films.

Our organization manufactures the products of premium quality. We have quality inspectors for keeping strict vigil on the whole process starting from the procurement of raw material to the final delivery of the product. Regular inspections are carried out at different stages to make sure that various products follow the quality parameters.
