We offer acceclofenac tablets chemically known as [2-(2',6-dichlorophenyl) amino] phenylacetoxyacetic acid]. This is a phenylacetic acid derivative with potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties and an improved gastrointestinal tolerance. Aceclofenac and paracetamol are available individually as well as in combination with other drugs. There is no HPLC method which determines these drugs in combined dosage forms.  With the RP-HPLC method with ultraviolet detection the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and aceclofenac in pharmaceutical dosage forms is possible. The present RP-HPLC method was validated following the ICH guidelines.
