Unbalance Seal

We offer straight spring unbalance seal which has axial movement of - 0.5 mm and velocity of 26 m/s. It has a shaft diameter of 16 to 160 mm, pressure of 35 bar and temperature range of (-) 45 to 300 deg. oC. Salient features of the product includes :
    * Balanced
    * Uniform face loading
    * Double acting
    * Inside mounted

The product is specially developed to possess a multiple spring design which applies unvarying pressure on the face. It has a balanced primary ring which allows the product to be used in high pressures. As per our clients’ needs, the secondary seal ring can be replaced by Teflon, Nylon & Graph oil that are identified as MS-502 BW. Application areas of the product includes :
    * Chemical pumps for fertilizer
    * Petrochemical industries
    * Acid pumps
    * Corrosive chemical pump
