MAYUR – SP
MAYUR – SP is a modern gantry type dual drive CNC profile cutting machine suitable for oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting applications. The machine is available is different sizes to accommodate cutting widths from 2 metres to 6 metres. The rail length can be increased to increase the cutting length as much as the shop floor can accommodate. It has a rigid structure. The main beam and side carriages are fully welded box structures which ensure high stability and precision, and meet DIN standards. The machine is provided with an internationally proven drive system. The longitudinal drive is a dual drive through rack and pinion. The transverse drive is rack and pinion for the Master cutter post and through a belt or rope pulley system for the subsequent cutter posts.
The CNC controller is user friendly and reliable. They are available with various options, from a simple cost effective system to a fully featured system. The machine has a cutting speed range of 70 – 4000 mm/min. and with a rapid traverse of 10,000 mm/min. Motorized cutter post with auto height sensing, as an option is available for oxy fuel or plasma torches. The gas control system is of the highest quality to maintain the highest safety standards. Powder marking, punch marking and a triple burner assembly for plate preparation is available as optional. The machine can accommodate 4 – 6 cutter posts depending on the size of the machine. The machine can be supplied with a choice of plasma cutting equipment to suit individual customer requirements.
MAYUR SP-S
MAYUR SP – S is a modern gantry type single drive machine suitable for oxy fuel and plasma cutting applications. The machine is highly suitable for medium and heavy fabrication shops. The machine is available in sizes to accommodate 2.5 and 3 metre cutting width. The main beam and side carriages are fully welded box structures to provide rigidity and stability and ensures high accuracy during high speed cutting. All the options that are available on MAYUR SP can also be provided on this machine.
