Furnace tubings made of inconel grades are joined with ESAB consumables for repair as well as for erection and commissioning.

Monel cladding of pipe bends

ESAB’s Titanium bearing Monel alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance while ensuring uniform, stress-free overlay. Pump casing handling sea-water and chemicals can also be prefaced with monel, hastelloy and low heat stainless alloys.

TIG welding fillers

Specialised GTAW fillers of inconel and cupronickels of ESAB are applied in various joining and surfacing applications.
