Product Description :

Control console for fully automatic operation of hydro flow system includes following functions and features.

 Operation and control

·         Starts  pumps one by one with respect to water consumed 

·         Manual backup for the same in FALE SAFE mode.

·         Stops system when water level recedes preset level in source of water.(Dry running protection,)

·         Stops system when very small quantity of water is drawn from the system e.g. leakage and will automatically restart when set pressure is reached(SLEEP MODE)

·         Selects starting priority of pump at set time interval through real time clock.

 

Sensing, protection & indication

 Motor protection devises (MPD)

MPD protects pump motor against below mentioned eventuality & indicates on its panel.

·         High voltage----------------------------------------HI

·         Low voltage----------------------------------------LO

·         Phase reversal------------------------------------PhR

·         Single phasing-------------------------------------SP

·         Unbalance voltage--------------------------------UV

MPD will trip the motor when parameters reach beyond set value & reset automatically as they retain set value again.

·         Over load ------------------------------------------OL

·         Lock rotor------------------------------------------LR

·         Under current------------------------------------UC

 MPD will trip the motor when parameters reach beyond set value, will restart only when the fault is rectified and reset manually.

 Programmable Logic controller (PLC)

Our dedicated PLC controls the system process as per the decided logic. It receives signals from various input devices such as Pressure transmitter, Water level controller, Water level

Indicator, Master pressure switch etc and operate Variable frequency drive (VFD), MPD, indicators etc accordingly.

PLC receives signal through sensor prod immersed in under ground tank& indicates water level in the tank in multiple of 10 percentages. It also will give audio & visual signals in case water level in the tank has surpassed pre selected HIGH or LOW level.

 PLC receives signal from WLC, if level in the tank is as pre determined limit, will show “HEALTHY” and allow system to operate. If insufficient level is found, will show “LOW LEVEL” and will stop system operation (Before that Audio &visual alarm will warn,)

We have provided 2 No of WLCs so one will remain as stand by. Any of two WLCs can be put to operation by selector switch provided on front panel of console.

PLC selects starting priority of specific pump, at the time of operation as per Real time clock (RTC).This priority changes at pre set interval. This is indicated as SQ 1, SQ 2, SQ 3, or SQ 4.

Sequence No               Sequence of pump operation

·         SQ 1                             Pump No 1-2-3-4

·         SQ 2                             Pump No 2-3-4-1

·         SQ 3                             Pump No 3-4-1-2

·         SQ 4                             Pump No 4-1-2-3

 PLC receives signal from Pressure transmitter, selects respective pump as per sequence and start it through Variable frequency drive(VFD),allow it to attain full speed, As it attains its full (fix) speed, is transferred to fix speed drive & subsequent pump is started through VFDThis will repeat for all the pumps till set pressure is reached. ON reaching the set pressure all the pumps will stop. Whole process will repeat as system pressure drops to preset level.

In case any time system out put remains un changed for preset time interval, System will stop, it will start only when differential pressure 1.5 Kg/cm2 is achieved, in this case SLEEP MODE will be shown.

On display screen of PLC Real time, System pressure, sequence No, system status i.e. HEALTHY or LOW LEVEL, No of pumps in operation, % Water level in tank, SLEEP MODE will be indicated

 Selects starting priority of pump at set time interval. Through real time clock.

 Fail safe mode

 In case of failure of operation in energy efficient (VFD) mode, water supply can be restored on FAIL SAFE mode by selector switch. In FAIL SAFE mode pumps will be operated by individual.

 Pressure switch for each pump. Functions of MPD & WLC will remain operational in FAIL SAFE mode also.
