The company is a proprietorship of the Divekar family and Chaitanya Divekar is the Director. He is a Chemical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Polymer Science from
HOD.Production, Mr.S.P.Kelkar and Quality Control Incharge, Mr.Mangesh Gaikar ably support the Director. The company employs 26 people overall.

All the raw materials that go into our formulations are inspected thoroughly before they are certified for use.
Mixed compounds are tested 100 % on our Oscillating Disc Rheometer to ensure that they meet the set specifications using Statistical Process Control.
Continuous on-line quality inspection during the moulding process ensures excellent part to part consistency.
The laboratory facilities include the entire range of testing instruments required to ensure product quality –

Dimensional inspection facilities include the entire range of taper gauges along with precision calipers and snap gauges to accurately measure ID and other dimensions of round components to the most rigid tolerances.
Critical, high temperature and dynamic application seals are 100 % visually inspected through our 10X magnification special lenses.
The entire manufacturing and quality assurance process is integrated into our ISO:9001 – 2000 quality system, ensuring the benefit of complete production history and traceablity of our products being available to our customers.
