Product Profile

We had installed & commission of 200 Tones TPD Cement Plant having a   load of 1600 KVA / 11 KV Transformer with RTCC & H.T. Panel, L.T. PCC, MCC for Sand Mill section, Kiln section & Cement Mill section. Approximately total load about 700 to 800 H.P. Sandeep Cement, Mahuva & Jagdamba Cement near   Hadad,    near Ambaji, Sand Plant at H.D.C. Dankuni Calcutta & Menon & Menon Kolhapur.

Panel body will be fabricated with 16/14 SWG (1.6 mm/2mm) CRC Sheet,   Doors – 14     SWG (2mm) CRC Sheet, Mounting Plate – 12 SWG (2.5mm)    HRC Sheet, Base & Gland Plate – 10 (3mm) SWG HRC Sheet.

Colour process seven tank process, sand blasting is done and powder   coating as per  client  requirement.  Generally  we  give with “RAL 7032” Siemens Gray.
