Air Tray Dryer

Features:

• Standard Tray Size is 32”length x 16”width x 1 ¼” depth
• Each Tray can hold approximately 4 kgs. of materials (Assumed B.D. -0.5GM/CC.)
 
Air Tray Dryer Merits:

• Uniformity of drying temperature at every point within the chamber
• Easy for cleaning validation due to absence of rough edges, crevices and sharp corner in the chambers. Moreover all the internal components within the dryer can be removed easily for cleaning and then re-assembled with a short period.
• Unique design does not allow deposition of dusts on safety grids.
• Uniformity of air-flow and efficiency of re-circulation fan is much higher due to conical shape of fan faring
• All joints of trolley are fully welled.
• Door has sturdy hinge, sparkles locking and suitable gasket for air tight operation
• Option of vertical tray dryer with heating and air circulation system outside the drying chamber in service area
• Option of heap filters and PLC control
