Vacuum Tray Dryer Merits:

• 2 fixed hot plates as top and bottom of chamber prevent accumulation of solvent at bottom of vacuum chambers.
• Cross Sectional area of utility inlet and outlet is four times more than others
• Our design permits better flow of utility through hot plates resulting in better heat transfer and drying efficiency due to larger gap between.
• Pin type support of hot plates ensure minimum contact with hot plates and eliminated hidden places and gaps resulting in easy and efficient cleaning of drying chamber gap between hot plate is enough to insert completed hand for cleaning and other operations.
• Hot plates baffles are of SS 304 quality instead of mild steel. This prevents scaling and anodic corrosion over a period and ensures long life for hot plates.
• Low maintainace i.e. hot plates to header connection through quick fit union. No tooling is required for dismantling  or re-assemble
• Chamber door is insulated. It prevents heat loss, reduces condensate formation inside vacuum chamber, reduces load on air conditioning. Chamber is also insulated and it cladding is fully welded so as to prevent penetration of moisture and corrosion of stiffeners.
• Door clamping is by “C” Clamps instead of eye bolts. No cut grooves on body and door gives better aesthetic look and reduces cleaning trouble
• Receiver is having a central partition with inter-connection between two compartments with isolation valve. This facilitates removal of condensate with out stopping drying circle or breaking volume
• Condenser is vertically mounted on receiver, reducing space requirements.
