The roaster can be installed in a sheltered shed, preferably of more than 2400 sq.ft.
This much space is necessary as the machine itself requires a minimum area of 1600 sq.ft. Furthermore for efficient performance any one wall’s length needs to be increased to a minimum of 16 feet. Other than that open area is also required to cool roasted grains and to perform other processes.
