Heavy, Light Circular Mountings

Dunlop Circular Mounts are low height in construction, which is desirable when “Slenderness ratio” is high. Provision can be made to incorporate a built-in levelling device which is very much necessary for most of the applications. Special construction eliminates the necessity of foundation bolt, making installation easier and less time-consuming. These mountings are ideally suitable for Machine tools, Presses and Equipment with low base area (about 1 sq mtr) but height more than 1.5 meters.

Dimensions of Heavy Duty and Light Duty are same.

· All dimensions are in mm.

· Measurements valid for mountings without load.

· Threads are in metric and B. S. W. as per bulk requirements. 

Installation

1. Lift up the machine from the flor.

2. Screw down the studs into their respective guides.

3. Lower the machine so that it rests on the machine mounts.

4. Level the machine.

5. Tighten the lock nut.
