BOPP films (biaxially oriented polypropylene) and Polyester Films, in recent years has become the most popular, high growth films in the world market. Polyester Films are used in printing process and after printing it is laminated with own material and then it is used to make pouches. It is the base or outer protective layer of most thermal laminating films. It does not melt during the thermal laminating process. It is also the base layer of many other films.
