A gentry is constructed from ISMB strengthen by ISA 50 OR from MS plates welded to form a box girder strengthen by MS ribs. |

End carriage |
End carriage is consists of adequate ISMC, Geared & plane wheels having ball bearings, rigid pins & rubber buffers for safety. |

L.T. Drive unit |
Drive unit is consists of MMTE LT helical gearbox with Electrical Motor. The power is transmitted to drive pinion through line shafts mounted on pedestal pillow blocks connected with chain couplings. |

C.T. Drive unit |
Drive unit is consists of MMTE CT gearbox with Electrical Motor. The power is transmitted through drive pinion to CT geared wheels having ball bearings. Trolley is attached with wire rope hoist. |

Power supply wiring |
The electric power is supplied for long travel & cross travel through adequate flexible cable having cable looping arrangement OR Insulated conductor bars (Safe Line) |

Push button station |
Crane movement is controlled with the help of pendent push button station; it will be fitted with hoists control panel along with hoist movement. Push button station is consists with start and stop buttons for added safety. |

Panel board |
Panel is mounted on one side the wire rope hoist & covered with MS sheet box with rubber edge guard to avoid dusting. |

Painting |
One coat of red oxide & two coat of Golden yellow synthetic enamel. |
