Structure details

Four-side vertical column of ISMC supported with MS Tee for sliding cage rollers, strengthened with horizontal & cross alternative supports of ISA & ISMC. We will use existing wall/RCC structure for support.

Cage details

Cage is constricted from ISMC & ISA having opening/s and collapsible door at Entry-Exit. Cage Bottom is having Chequred plate and all side as well as top is fully covered with MS sheet.

Door gate details

Cage-having collapsible gate at Entry-Exit side. All floors are provided with Floor gate at Entry-Exit level, compelling to the cage door. Gate will slide on MS flat, sliding wheels are bearing type for smooth sliding operation.

Cage - floor clearance

There will be 40 mm max. Gap between cage door and floor level.

Roller guiders with spring brackets

One at the top and one at the bottom out side the cage on one track. So eight guide rollers on four tracks. It made of MS having ball bearings and pushed with spring tension [manually adjustment provisions] to give perfect guide to cage on the track. The roller guides will be sliding on MS Tee.

Push button station

Cage movement control with the help of push button station, it will be fitted on each floor level. Having start and emergency stop of mushroom head for added safety.

Limit switches & safety features

Floor door limit switches - Floor doors are provided with electrical interlock, hence floor door is open cage movement will stop. Floor limit switch - To stop the cage at respective floor level. Top and bottom limit switches - to prevent over lifting & over lowering. It will be mounted on WRH with wire rope guide.

Panel board & control cabling

Panel is mounted inside the panel board at convenient place for easy lookup. Control cabling is ducted in plastic way conduits for cable safety. There will be auto control cabling. Once the button will be pushed the cage will stop at respective floor level.

Buffers

Four numbers Spring buffers are placed at the bottom below gr. Level to withstand the down force when cage at gr. Level.

Working & servicing platform

At the top of structure, provide sufficient space for working, servicing or repair of hoist unit conveniently.

Painting

One coat of red oxide & two coat of Oxford blue synthetic enamel.
