Gantry Crane

Gantry Cranes used for the application where overhead runways would be very long, costly to erect, and difficult to maintain in alignment. These types of cranes are generally used for outdoor applications where columns cannot be accommodated. The top main girder is balanced between the two A shaped column resting on the wheel mounted end carriage.
