Employee Engagement Survey

Employee satisfaction is a key attribute of the engaged employee who embodies a high degree of motivation and sense of inspiration, personal involvement and supportiveness. There are intrinsic and extrinsic factors that contribute towards employee satisfaction. Intrinsic factors are those which are fundamental to a job of any nature (related with job content) and are called “Motivators”. Factors that are extrinsic to a job (related with the context in which job is performed) are called “Maintenance Factors”. Presence of these factors leads to employees’ satisfaction, high performance and employee retention.
