We manufacture pure steam generators (PSG) for use in fermentation, biotech & pharmaceutical applications.
Normal steam available from steam boilers contains impurities from water (salts, suspended solids) & boiler additives (zeolite, antiscalant, defoamers) . No amount of post-treatment can completely remove the contaminants present in the steam. As a result, the steam is impure & not suitable for highly advanced processes such as cell cultures, plasmids, vaccines, injectables, etc. where the quality of steam is very important.
Pure steam is generated at source, by using additive-free pure water, adiabatic means of water evaporation & rust-free material of construction.
