Nirmal Energy Limited offers wide range of gas gun burner featuring suction air control damper with air pressure monitor and latest CO / H2 control. The hinged flange permitting the burner to be swiveled on both sides ensures optimum accessibility of all components. This gas gun burner has fan and high-pressure oil pump with electric motor. Burner’s head is removable and has multi gas nozzle head with baffle plate, ignition electrode, UV-flame sensor and gas control flap. It has mechanical air-fuel compound regulator with controls and electric servomotor. All gas burners are available with the optional `delta’ combustion head and internal flue gas recirculation system for a low NOx combustion of natural gas. These burners are also offered with air velocity control unit. The turndown ratio for these gas burners is 1:10.
