In the early 1986 a young man who had stars in his eye and dream of making name in the world of plastic packaging, started a small manufacturing unit of caps & closures for the pharma industry in Mumbai.

From a very humble beginning in 1992 he set his foothold in the music industry and started the molding of cassettes, cassette cover and its accessories.

There was no stopping this young man who soon branched out to CD & DVD packaging with a additional plant at shahapur (Maharastra).

In 1998 with his feet parked firmly in the ground he started molding activates of cd & DVD packaging at silvassa which provided ample opportunity for this young entrepreneur.

In 2005 converted his holdings into NOVEL PLASTIC PVT LTD ( Silvassa) and become its chairman & M.D. This man is none other then Mr. Navin D. Dharod whose experience now of 20 years enabled him to export his products of CD & DVD cover to the international market of USA, Middle East & Africa.
