Sodium Acetate Anhydrous supplied by us is a fine free flowing white crystalline powder. It is a non-toxic food chemical used as Flavoring Agent & Adjuvant, and pH control. It is often used in the preparation of gel stains for protein gel electrophoresis and effective as a buffer with Acetic acid.
