The MS-JP6 printers, launched at the beginning of 2010, are among the most flexible and high-productivity solutions today on the market, being entry level to our MS-JPK series..
The mechanical parts of the machine, as well as the fabric carrying system is the result of the vast experience of MS in the manufacturing of textile printing machines, both screen and digital, an experience that allowed MS to reach an almost absolute reliability and precision in the fabric tension and advancement control.
The base of the machine is equipped with an axial unwinder at the inlet capable of unrwinding fabric rolls with a max diameter of 400 mm, openers and fabric tensioner with adjustable position.
The printing blanket of the same type used on our screen printing machines is covered with glue, to fix fabric during printing. Blanket is washed by a washing module with driven brushes and squeegees for ink residues removal and drying.
Regarding the printing section of the MS-JP6 it deals with a printing carriage designed to carry one row of printing heads.
The machine, which could be configured from 4 to 8 colours printing, can reach 160 running meters/hour and allow to print up to 16 grey scale levels with variable dots, up to 72 pico-liters.
The ink feeding system is open and therefore inks from all main manufacturers available on the market , having the proper characteristics can be used.
Fabric drying on the MS-JP6 is achieved through a hot air dryer with electical heating. The fabric at the outlet is winded on cardboard pipes thanks to the action of two rubber-covered driven cylinders.
The machine can be equipped on request with big-batch unwinders and winders, staves centering unit, folding (plating) device at the outlet, etc.
Though the machine can be driven by different printing softwares (RIP) according to customers' preferences and needs, MS-JP6 is supplied with our own rip Matchprint II. Also available in our software production line is a design/colouring application: Ramsete III. This software is the perfect counterpart of Matchprint II.
