As from last 20 years we- O. T. Surgical Aids are engaged in manufacturing of hospital and Educational teaching institutes furniture.

And now particularly for teaching institutes class room we have design several life time guaranteed durable patterns.

This is well known fact that because of several reasons life of class room furniture is very short compare to office and domestic furniture. the main problem observe in class room furniture is removal of top from base of pipe frame, removal of sunmica and side wooden leaping and basic frame structure cracks soon from welding points with removal of colour etc.

So to remove all these problems in single stroke we have design several unique patterns in unique fibre sheet top material. that fibre material is life time unbreakable, water proof, fire proof, termite proof because of both side glossy look lamination, no need of colour life time and that glossy look provide extra look to class for ever and material having property of bad conductivity of heat so suitable to seat students in both winter and summer.

In pattern of this material removal of top from frame is not possible through out life, because fibre material top is fixed on iron angle frame by "repeating process" not by screw process not single screw is used for fixing the top on bench and desk both.

And in this fiber sheet material pattern, side wooden, leaping is not needed so no chance of ejecting leaping.

In another lifetime durable pattern we are using laminated top (like novapan) in this material pattern we have kept top with side leaping in side iron angel frame. Because of keeping in side iron frame, the top and side wooden leaping can not be removed at all.

We have introduced another pattern “folding & fix" in which complete class room bench & Desk of one row are inter jointed by nut & Bolts so symmetry of bench & desk can not be disturb for ever by students, which always provides good look to class and when ever you want to separate bench & desk you can separate by removing nut & bolts.

To make economical we are manufacturing some economical pattern in metal sheet top. In iron metal sheet top we manufacture top of bench and desk by two methods, one is by beading, iron sheet top on iron angel frame.

In this pattern because of using iron angle that provides life time durability and because of beading iron sheet on angel there is no ejection of side corners which does not cause any kind of injury to students, and hooking of students clothes is also impossible.

And to make more and more economical we are also manufacturing some very economical patterns in which sun mica top is directly kept on light gauze pipe and which is fixed by screw process and in another economical pattern iron sheet can also be welded on light gauze pipe without on angel beading process.

Except above mention class room furniture we are also making furniture of office of teaching institutes like, Tables with side Drawer , Executive Revolving chair, Receptionist Table, Computer Table, Visitors bench in jointed pattern file rack etc.

We are manufacturing school's science lab furniture for physics, chemistry, biology etc.

For hostel's student rooms we are manufacturing fibre sheet top beds that unique fibre sheet top material is lifetime unbreakable, waterproof, fire proof, termite proof because of both side glossy look lamination no need of colour life time, and which provides evanescing look to room.

For hostels and teaching institutes dinning hall we are manufacturing stainless steel top dinning desk and bench which is easy to wash never get rusted no need of colour and always good looking as new.

To provide life time durability (except economical patterns) in our pattern it's based on the basic theory of load distribution " that is load on pipe applied in horizontal way then the strength of pipe will be lesser compared to applied in vertical way" 50 to provide complete load in vertical way we have welded complete frame structure on a 1.5" x 1.5" pipe spread leg's. When ever in general market patterns with using 1" x1" pipe they are providing load directly on 1" X 1" pipe in which load is distributed in vertically diagonally spread way.

Another basic theory for increasing durability in welding work is "as area of welding increases with increase of heavy gauze then durability will increases" so to follow this theory we have used 1.5" pipe which increases 50% welding area compared to 1.0" pipe.

And in complete frame structure we are doing all side gas welding around all pipe used. We are not doing two sides welding and not doing electric welding also because electric welding in pipe work is totally untechnical from durability point of view. And because of doing all side gas welding extra life time durability will provide to product. When ever two sides welding is doing most of manufacturer in pipe work, so that cracks soon.
