We manufacture a wide assortment of full circle hammer mills to our patrons. Our range is suitable for almost all grinding purpose of feed stuff such as extraction meal, oil cakes broken rice, dry herbs, roots, oat hulls and maize. If the stuff to be ground is not reduced to the fineness, then it is subjected to the beating action of hammer that helps the stuff to pass through the sieve.

Hammer mill is designed for high speed and continuous grinding. It consists of a fabricated body. The grinding chamber is normally formed by a series of steel plates build up on a shaft and separated suitably to allow the beaters to be mounted between them upon transverse spindles or pins with pass through the beaters are made from mild steel (hardened).

The rotor is dynamically balanced and mounted on two self aligned bearings. The grinding chamber and the motor are directly coupled and arm mounted on a common base frame. Vibration dampers are offered to check all sorts of vibrations occurring due to the running of the machine.

Capacities mentioned are with 4-5 mm die hole sieves fitted for grinding maize. It will very with material characteristics.
