Our Ribbon Blenders are extensively used in pharmaceutical and allied industries for fast and efficient blending of the material. Our  Ribbon Blender consist of U shaped horizontal trough, having a set of inner and outer helical ribbons that lead to counter-current action for perfect blending.

It consists of a centre shaft of suitable diameter and is either made of S.S. or M.S. material. The centre shaft is fitted with particularly designed agitator blades in order to give contra flow action. All the material in the mixer is continually circulated from one end to the other. In larger mixer it is provided with internal and external ribbons Sweeps possibly added to the external ribbon to give through clean out. The external ribbons move ingredients towards the discharge while the inner ribbons continually circulated material in differing direction. The either tops of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft diameter. This stuffing box prevents leakage of material and also prevents material from inflowing into the bearings. The shaft is supported on heavy duty pedestals. The mixer is provided with a hopper and discharge. The drive consists of a appropriate gear box coupled to the motor.
