Service Description
These modules when installed ensures the basic call center functionalities. Our basic module comprises of:
• Perfect Agent Module: The perfect agent module is a GUI based system, which allows full call center functionality to the call center agent for easy handling of ACD calls, outbound calls, initiate outbound calls manually, hold, transfer, conference calls, schedule call backs, send messages to other agents / supervisor, Initiate voice logging and listen to voice messages.
• Perfect Admin: The Perfect Admin provides the call center configuration and administration capabilities. All the call center related definitions are configured through this administration module.
• Perfect Report: This is used for tracking the efficiency of the call center resources and agents. The reports can be Online or Offline. Online reports give real time statistics of the contact center.
• Perfect CCView: The Perfect CCView provides real-time statistical data that is both easy to understand and easy to use. Information like agents exceeding the hold time, agents' not taking calls etc., can be known to the floor managers.
• Perfect Supervisor: The Perfect Supervisor is a GUI based system, which allows full supervisory functionality in addition to call center agent functionality. The Supervisor can perform barge, coach, monitor, broadcast a text message, and record another agent's conversation, send text message to specific agent.
• Perfect Control: To enable the supervisor to proactively manage the activities during operations, PerfectControl provides Alarms like Agent Log off, Campaign list finishing, Legal time restriction approaching, restricted number being dialed through Dial Immediate, agent exceeding maximum block time / hold time / break time, and for TBC, AMD, net congestion parameters with message pop-up on CCmonitor and supervisor screen.
