Service Description
These modules are not essential to the running of a contact center but are for enhanced functionality and control. Various components of these optional modules are as follows.
• Perfect Logger: Perfect Logger allows recording of conversations. The recording can be supervisor initiated, agent initiated or system initiated. There is 100% voice logging possible in Parsec Dialer. 100% voice logging safeguards against any forthcoming happenings and at will recorded files can be retrieved and sent for verifications.
• Perfect Monitor: Perfect Monitor is created for monitoring purpose only. It is similar to the normal supervisor but is independent of any agent group limitation but can supervise only authorized groups. It cannot handle any calls.
• Perfect Tele Monitor: Perfect Tele Monitor is remotely located and is created for monitoring purpose only. It logs-in through an inbound number into a call center and is authenticated with the help of an IVR front end. It monitors the call center with the help of IVR menus.
