Quality & Inspection Procedure

We are small-scale industrial unit. We are manufacturing all types of operation such as milling, grinding, boring, CNC turning etc. as per drawing and specification.

Now the required raw material is either purchased from local agent of rolling mills or casted as per material specification of ordered item. The purchased raw material is thoroughly inspected by our quality control department by way of dimensions etc. for commercial items and if special material is required then we get it checked for chemical properties at  a Govt. approved laboratory and on finding it suitable as per specification, we perform dimensional check and after that, further process  is carried on per drawing or as per sample.

Its dimensions  are checked again and only then we proceed for anti rust preventive methods  for machine items and coloring  the other items.

Now after completion of paint and numbering of our company, we dispatch the respective material to the consignee.
