Thermic Fluid Heater

Fluid Heaters are forced circulation liquid phase heaters which optimally utilize the high velocity flame and hot gases for heating of thermal fluid circulating through the coil. It is then sprayed into the furnace through a pressure jet burner. The unique design of the burner ensures a uniform spatial dispersal of fuel droplet. The hot Thermic fluid is circulated in a closed loop and the heat gained by the fluid in the unit is dissipated to the process through appropriate heat exchanges in the user equipment circuit. Thermic Fluid Temperature is kept low preventing oxidation and degradation. Expansion due to elevated temperature is taken care of and vapors &gases are liberated preventing cavitation in the pump by deaerator cum expansion tank.
