Our automatic bottle filling and capping machine functions upon the volumetric principle and is extensively used for filling liquids and Capping in bottles with the help of a Turret/ Flower wheel. At a time, single or two bottles can be filled and capped with predetermined volume, or accompanied by a screw and barrel mechanism and according to time of fill. Fixing the appropriate size of the syringes can facilitate the filling of different capacity of bottles in a particular time.

A specifically designed synchronized mechanical movement with the conveyor system and bottle-indexing mechanism, ensures smooth & hassle free running of the machine. Capping station suitable for screw plastic caps on PET bottles. The capper of the machine consists of a steel structure externally shrouded with a stainless steel casing. This part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor/pneumatic cylinder and the cam actuating the capping heads. The vibratory cap feeder, along with all the parts in contact with the caps are made of superior quality stainless steel. The cap feeder guides the caps onto a chute fitted, with a device to deliver them to the pick-off point with the open end down. The capping heads are raised and lowered, because of the action of a follower (cylinder as per capping needed) that rides on a cam.
