Salient Features
1. Multipurpose design. Facility provided to load and unload the material to be extracted easily. Reboiler provided with mechanical agitation to avoid localized heating of the extract at any given time.
2. On line filters provided to obtain a sparkling clear extract. Adequate condenser and sub cooler capacity provided to minimize losses of solvent. Vacuum traps provided to facilitate recovery of solvent under reduced pressure without much evaporational loss.
3. Entire unit is explosion proof having flame arrestor attached wherever necessary.
4. Sampling points provided to facilitate on line analysis.
5. The unit is provided with all standard best available valves / gauges / fixtures sensors and Instruments.
