SCR POWER CONTROLLER is our answer to industries long felt need for a reliable, economical & precision multi step temperature controller. It comes in table top/wall mounted/self standing panel version. A PROFILE PID controller is the heart of the system. All types of thermo couples, RTD are accepted as input. 8 patterns( 8 steps/pattern) or 19 patterns (19 steps/pattern) programmes can be provided. In addition to conventional 7 segment LED displays, the controller has a back lit 16x4 LCD display to give graphic pattern.4-20 mA output of the controller is fed to our current to phase angle converter, to generate various phase angles. This controls back to back SCRs, resulting in control of power to the load(heater). Auto/manual ,Heater on/off switches are provided. There are indicators for Power on & Heater on. Maximum power thro the load can be preset. A current meter monitors the load current. There are models from 2 KW to hundreds of KW.
