Service Description
This is a two day workshop which delivers all soft skills essential for a middle/ senior manager to manage his/ her projects through people. The focus is on leadership, negotiation, stake holder management, team building, conflict management and problem solving. The participants shall earn 14 PDUs by attending this program. This workshop is delivered both as public and corporates, in-house training program in all major cities.
