Engine: Prakash, water cooled, compression ignition, latest multiple hole direct injection (MDI) system, 4 stroke, 150 rpm, multicylinder diesel engine, confirming to ISI:10002, BS:5514, ISO:3046 with 10% overload capacity, designed & engineered in compliance with latest technical knowledge and production systems. These engines are inclusive of the followings:
- 12V Starter
- Battery Charging Alternator
- Radiator with fan and after pump
- Dual Fuel Filter (MICO)
- Lub Oil Filter
- Feed Pump for Diesel
Alternator: Prakash, highly efficient self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof, suitable for continous operation, 1 or 3 Phase, 230 / 415 volts, 0.8 pf, 50 Hz, class 'F' insiluation alternator conforming to IS:4722/IS:1336/BS:5000. Provided with IP 21 protection, 10% overloading and capability of starting the motors at 3 times the rateed current of alternator.
Mounting Frame: Engine and Alternator are mounted, coupled, aligned on common rigid base frame, fabricated from M.S. Sections having provision for antivibration mounting and holes for safely lifting of complete D.G set.
Control Panel: A superior quality control panel of suitable CRC sheet, power coated for long life and better finish complete with:
