PRAKASH EGINEERING was established in 1976 by late Prakashchandra Mangaldas. The company has been a pioneer in the manufacture of different types of textile machinery since 1976. Initially the company was manufacturing Lathe Machine. After Prakashchandra Mangaldas, the company was handled by his son Rajeshbhai Prakashchandra Jariwala. In 1978 Rajeshbhai has started manufacturing of Pirn Winding in 1978.

In 1983 Jayeshbhai Jariwala son of Mr. Prakashchandra Jariwala has also joined the company in 1983 to bring the dreams of Late Prakashchandra Mangaldas come true As Prakash Engineering is believe in growth, we have also started    manufacturing of High Speed Twisting Machine and Vertical Winding Machine in 1980. And started manufacturing of two for one Twisting and Cops winder in 2003
