Incepted in the year 1988, Pratham Technologies Private Limited, is a professionally managed organization engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide array of print finishing, paper converting, packaging and pharmaceutical machines. We also offer online inspection solution systems and an effective after sales support to our clients.
Establishing a strong foothold in the domestic arena, we ventured in to the global market in the year 2003. As an appreciation and recognition for our premium quality products and services, we have received various certifications, one of which is a certificate of registration from “TUV Rheinland” in 2004. Further, we are also a prestigious member of the Maratha Chamber of Commerce.
However, we have constantly strives to improvise our constitution, responsibilities and authorities, working on our complete Business Quality Management System. Similar efforts have helped us to achieve 100% growth over the last ten years.
Our mentor, Mr. Sham Desai, with his sharp business acumen and deep understanding of the industry has led us to manufacture a gamut exactly in accordance to the client specification. It is due to his committed vision that we are able to deliver products that stand high in quality and performance.

We offer a wide range of well-engineered machines to clients across various countries such as South Africa, UAE and others. As an ISO accredited organization, we particularly emphasize on manufacturing and testing our products in compliance to the established industry standards.
We make use of high grade mild steel and stainless steel sheets, angles, electrical motors and various other spare parts to develop our range of machines.

We boast of a modern infrastructure equipped with world class facilities and requisite machines. We have a sprawling production plant at Pune, covering an area of 20000 sq ft. enabling us to undertake storage and production of large scale orders.

Our quality inspectors monitor every stage, right from procuring raw materials to production, assembling and delivery. They make a careful selection of the raw materials and only quality proven materials are chosen to ensure the delivery of flawless and zero-defect products.
Our products are subjected to stringent quality control measures to make sure that the end product meets the international standards and specifications. With the aim to achieve consistency in quality we conduct the following tests to check the products on the parameters of:

•Noise level
Our folding machines are tested for CE marking as a part of a mandatory requirement of the European Union.
