Our Founder and Mentor - Mr. Shekhar Gadekar
Our company was founded by Mr. Shekhar Gadekar, who is an electrical engineer from Mumbai, India. Till date, he has more than 20 years of experience in the Indian software consultancy industry. Moreover, it has been 15 years since he is into the domain of Quality Assurance and Audits.
 
Our mentor has also worked with various MNCs (Multi National Companies) as an auditor, consultant and trainer. Some these MNCs are:

    * DNV
He has also held senior positions in Quality Assurance  in various organizations such as Mastek, Mahindra BT, Hexaware and Mafatlal Consultancy Services. In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. Shekhar Gadekar has various qualifications that makes him:

    * Certified BS 15000 Consultant
