Our Company is the associate concern of Sachdeva Plastics Pvt. Ltd. It is one of the well-established organizations that has more than 20 years of experience in the field of extrusion and woven sack industry. Our quality assurance team keeps a tight vigil at very stage of manufacture and storage, leading to the delivery of top quality material. An important part of our quality control is minimal wastage of the raw material. Woven sack industries cost is largely based on how much wastage it is generating, our policy of minimum wastage of less than 2% gives us an opportunity to keep the price under control.
Process Involved
Extrusion is the lifeline of the woven sack. It is at this initial stage where the ultimate quality of the product is decided. Our technical team gives major emphasis here to maintain the quality and strength of the fabric & lamination.
Finishing of the fabric is the second stage where loom performance is very important. The quality of the production is matched with the customer requirement. Our experts aim at maximum production without compromising on quality to give cost effective material.
