Quality

Supplying superior quality products is our forte. Each of our tubes & pipe fittings, flanges and fasteners is manufactured as per the national and international dimensional standards. Quality control is followed in each manufacturing process so that our products are in compliance with the desired standards and specifications. We have a separate quality control department comprising quality control engineer who supervise the various products for effective quality.

Our quality processing system starts from procurement of raw materials and last till the delivery of consignment. The raw materials are checked visually in order to negate any cracks, surface defects, overlapping, seams and pitting. Hear treatment is providing final forging as per the requirements. After forging and heat treatment, all the Fittings and Fasteners are machined as per the prescribed dimensional codes. The Tensile test is carried out for raw material as per the universally accepted codes.

The products are calibrated and approved by the authorized inspection agencies. The hardness testing is also done on 10% of each lot. The impact test is done fro the low temperature fittings as per the specification of ASTM A420 WPL grades. In addition, X-Ray examination is also carried out on these products.

The Pipes, Tubes, fittings, fasteners, etc. are pickled and passivated. The scale is removed by pickling, which usually formed during forging. Afterwards, grinding is carried in order to to remove the die mark and burrs. Finally, dimensional check is carried out. After the final dimensional check, various products are stamped to show the specifications for size, schedule, heat mark and batch number.

Our entire range of fittings is furnished with manufacturer test certificate. This certificate provide necessary data such as:
