The basic difference between electric chain hoists and wire rope hoists is in the design of the lifting mechanism. A wire rope hoist lifts; it wraps a cable around a grooved drum.

Wire rope hoists offer very fast lifting speed.

Most commonly for lifting heavy loads is dominated by wire rope hoists. 

R-Cranes wire rope hoist are designed in modular Construction in accordance with   IS 3938. R-Cranes Hoist are Simple in requires & cut down the maintenance time. The Hoists are sturdy with adequate factor of safety. R-Cranes hoist are built to low headroom. Gears are running on antifriction bearing in oil bath lubrication. Motors are crane duty confirming to IS 325 “Fail to safety” brakes are used which automatically operates in case of power failure. Tested quality wire rope to IS 2266 and forged hooks Confirming wire rope to IS 3815 are used. Hoist is operated through push button station with Control Voltage of 110V, 42V, 24V. R-Cranes hoist can also be built as per customer’s requirement with 10% micro speed to normal speed with flexible Trolleys to negotiate Curved path with higher speed and higher lifts…
