Rotoclave

Our entire rotoclave system is utilized the pressure vessels with a distinct rotating internal drum that adopt medical waste materials in closed containers & subjects them to churning. Moisture & heat are produced in form of steam generated by the facility's boiler. Initially heat causes the containers to soften & during churning, to rupture & dribble their contents into the rotating drum. There, the moisture absorbing materials become saturated and pass heat through them.
The blending of high temperature, moisture and pressure, in alliance with the unique process of agitation ensures that entire materials will meet the necessary sterilizing steam. Proven & standard autoclaves cannot ensure that the steam will combine with the entire waste stream.
