Batch Foaming Plant

The Riya automatic Batch Foaming Machine is an economical and simple to operate plant for medium scale production of flexible polyurethane foam by discontinuous process, in smaller building space. The machine is provided with component pumps, their raw material tanks, recirculation valves, and timer arrangements for metering. The mixing chamber has pneumatically operated bottom opening for dispensing the mixed batch into the mould instantaneously. The mixer operation is controlled by two timers and speed variation.

The moulds, moving on wheels, have to be kept underneath the mixer for dispensing, and have to be moved out manually for full expansion of the foam. Mould lifting arrangement, to reduce splashing of the dispensed mix, can be provided as optional extra.
