Peeling Machine and Boring Machine

Peeling Machine:

The Riya peeling machine is used for peeling of thin continuous sheet from flexible polyurethane foam block. The machine can be fitted with synchronized reminder unit for peeled sheet to make a roll which can be directly loaded to lamination machinery.

Cutting is affected by an endless band knife moving over two 600 mm diameter knife wheels. During the peeling operation the centrally mounted block is fed at constantly increasing speed, according to the set cutting thickness. The machine is fitted with a driven pressure roller with variable speed drive, whose speed is synchronized with the downward movement of the block, in order to ensure uniform cutting thickness throughout the operation.

The cutting thickness is set by exchangeable gear~ which are easily accessible on the side of the machine frame and a set of gears is supplied for variation of. Cutting thickness from 2.5 to 12 mm in the increments of 0.5 mm. The peeling speed is infinitely variable and a meter counter can be providing on rewinding unit to indicate the total length of peeled sheet. The standard machine is suitable for peeling 2 meter wide sheet from 1 meter diameter blocks other sizes can be supplied on request.

Boring Machine:

The Riya boring machine is designed to drill central holes into square or cylindrical foam blocks. The boring shaft is well guided to give straight bore. The standard machine is designed for making 60 mm diameter bore in 2 meters long block. Other sizes can be supplied on request to match with peeling machine.
